Designing custom rectangular buttons doesn’t have to be difficult. At Belgian Button Company, you can easily have these unique rectangular-shaped badges printed with your own design. In addition to the popular landscape rectangular buttons with pin, we offer many other fastening options.

Our buttons are printed in full color with a glossy finish as standard, but there’s so much more possible. Make your button stand out with fun colors, glitter, glow in the dark, or another unique finish.

With basic computer skills, you can easily submit your design as a PDF or EPS file (minimum resolution 300 dpi). Need help with this? Our graphic team is ready to assist you.

What is the delivery time for buttons?

Standard delivery for round buttons with one or a few designs is 6 days. Other formats or personalized names take 7 days. Express options of 3 to 4 working days are available. Make sure to note tight deadlines in your order or email.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. You will always receive a digital proof before production starts.

Do I need to follow the artwork guidelines?

Yes. Please follow the artwork guidelines. We help with small adjustments free of charge. If you need us to create a complete design, this is available for a fee.

How can I place an order?

You can order via the shop, through a quote request on the website, or by email. For quantities of 10,000 pieces or more, we recommend requesting a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with all common cards or choose payment by invoice. Ordering with a purchase order is also available for government and organizations.

How do I receive a Peppol invoice?

Invoices for Belgian B2B customers who provide their VAT number are sent via Peppol. If you did not recieve a Peppol invoice, please contact us.

What is the quality of your buttons?

We work with European top quality. Buttons are sturdy, well-centered, and sharply printed. No blurry prints and no loose fastenings. No cheap import quality.

Do you offer competitive prices?

Yes. The higher the quantity, the lower the price per piece. We can match any market price.

Can I get faster delivery for an urgent deadline?

Yes. Choose an Express option and clearly state your deadline in the order or via email.

How can I reach customer service?

By phone, email, or WhatsApp. You can also visit the shop by appointment.

Do you make other products besides buttons?

Yes. We also offer stickers and other printed products.
