Production possibilities

  • Print
    Pin on a metal base (stainless steel or brass) with text or illustration in offset printing + finishing with a transparent protective layer = epoxy resin. The most common solution, especially for designs with a lot of small and fine details and colors in shades.
  • Enamel
    Pin on a metal base with soft enamel colors. Unified colors, strictly separated by a fine rim in raised metal. The enamel colors are slightly recessed. Finishing with or without an epoxy layer.
  • Cloisonné
    Pin on a metal base with colors in soft cloisonné = similar to soft enamel but a more expensive production method where the surface of the pin is more even, no level difference between the colored surfaces and the metal rim.
  • Relief
    Metal pin, engraved and/or cut out shape without color
  • Combi
    A combination of different production techniques f.ex. enamel background and print.
